1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using titan0.com, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to these Terms.

TTN is a media network providing editorial content, podcasts, video programming, newsletters, live events, and related media properties focused on deep history, science, and consciousness. The Services include content produced by TTN and by partner creators within the network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Forms and Submissions

The Services do not currently require an account. When you submit information through any form on the Services — including the contact form, the property deck request form, and the newsletter signup — you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitted information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of TTN’s content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use or applicable law.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any related systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, software, and design elements — is the property of TTN LLC, its partners, or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“TTN” and the Vajra logo mark are trademarks of TTN LLC. Partner names, logos, show titles, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Services with their permission.

You may view, download, and print content from the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use, requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

The Services may include links to third-party websites, services, or content — including videos hosted on YouTube, podcasts hosted on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, and event registration on external partner sites. TTN is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Content published on the Services is provided for informational and editorial purposes. Views expressed by partner creators do not necessarily reflect the views of TTN Network LLC. TTN makes no representation that the content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTN LLC, its affiliates, members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall TTN’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TTN LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
