David Hatcher Childress

David Hatcher Childress is the founder of Adventures Unlimited Press and one of the most prolific authors in the field of alternative archaeology. Since leaving college in 1976 he has spent decades traveling from Africa and the Middle East to South America and the Pacific, investigating sites the mainstream record overlooks.

He calls himself a 'rogue archaeologist' and is the author of the Lost Cities series, with works on ancient civilizations across nearly every continent. He is a frequent cast member on the History Channel's Ancient Aliens and is the founder of the World Explorers Club.
